General Purpose mixes are available in strengths of between 5 and 40 MPa and the target slump for GP Mixes is 100 mm.
Characteristics of the General Purpose Mix
- Easy to place and direct discharge from the mixer trucks
- Available in 19mm and 13mm stone sizes
- Has increased resistance and durability to aggressive environments due to the Slag and fly ash content in the mix
- Is a cost effective economical solution

The Column Mix is a Scribante branded product with specific focus on strength gain and workability, to ensure the mix is ideally suited to external concrete column applications.

The Column mixes are available in strengths of between 15 and 55 MPa, and have a target slump of 125 mm.

- Suitable for direct, crane and skip discharge
- Available in 19mm and 13mm stone sizes
- Is pumpable and flows easily
- Has adequate paste that provides an excellent off-shutter finish
- Has increased resistance to aggressive environments due to the slag or fly ash content in the concrete mix

The pump mix is a Scribante branded product with specific focus on pumpability and workability, to ensure the mix is ideally suited to all pumping applications.

The pump mixes are available in strengths of between 15 and 55 MPa, and have a target slump of 125 mm.

- Available in 19mm and 13mm stone sizes
- Can be used for pumping applications including suspended slabs, retaining walls and/or any other applications or areas where a mixer truck is not able to reach
- Is pumpable and flows easily
- Has adequate paste that provides an excellent finish
- Has increased resistance to aggressive environments due to the slag or fly ash content in the concrete mix

The Fibrin Mix is a Scribante branded product that incorporates the use polypropylene micro fibres and/or steel fibres into the matrix for specific Flooring Applications.

- Has adequate paste to encase reinforcing steel
- Has increased resistance to aggressive environments due to the slag or fly ash content in the concrete mix
- No segregation – workability is achieved without compromising cohesion
- Increased free fall limits and deeper lifts without segregation

POST Tension MIX
The Post Tension Mix is a Scribante branded product with specific focus on strength gain that can be used for all post tension applications where early strength gain is a requirement.

Post Tension Mix is a Scribante branded product with specific focus on strength gain that can be used for all post tension applications where early strength gain is a requirement.
The product offers a target strength of no less than 30 MPa at 28 days, and a guaranteed 18 MPa after three days (ie. 72 hours after completion of pour) under standard curing conditions.

- Improved cohesion results in better off-shutter finishes

The OPC Mix is a Scribante branded product with specific focus on early strength gain of concrete, to ensure the mix is ideally suited to specific customer requirement.

The OPC mixes are available in strengths of between 15 and 55 MPa, and have a target slump of 100mm.

- Has an increased setting time
- Gains early strength rapidly
- If required it can be modified to a pump mix
- Available in 19mm and 13mm stone sizes
W MIXES
The W Mixes are a Scribante branded product with specific focus on Durability which ensures that the mixes are ideally suited to all durability spec concrete applications.

The Durability mixes are available in strengths of between 30 and 50MPa, and have a target slump of 100mm and 125mm.
Characteristics of the Durability Mix
- Available in 19mm and 13mm stone sizes
- Can be used for all pumping applications including suspended slabs, retaining walls, columns, bridges, reservoirs, medians etc.
- Is designed as a normal direct discharge mix and is also available as a pumpable mix
- Has adequate paste that provides an excellent finish and density
- Complies with all the durability specifications
- Has increased resistance to aggressive environments due to the high cementitious contents and the slag or fly ash proportions in the concrete mix

- No segregation – workability is achieved without compromising cohesion

- Can be used for all applications including suspended slabs, retaining walls and/or any other application where conventional concrete may find it difficult to reach
- The flowable concrete is pumpable and flows easily around formwork and reinforcing
- Has adequate paste that provides an excellent finish
- Has a high flow which allows the concrete to flow into areas without requiring a lot of energy or vibration

- Mainly used for piling applications
- The flowable Grout is pumpable and flows easily around smaller piles and reinforcing
- Has a high flow which allows reinforcing to be dropped into the piles after the piles have been filled with concrete

- It can be used as an economical alternative to placing and compacting soil or granular material.
- Trenchcrete is virtually self-compacting and can be used primarily for applications requiring a highly fluid mixture for thin, irregular sections and pipe filling where early strength is required.
- Pumping is possible due to the product’s high flowability.
- Consolidates under its own weight and is self- levelling, needing no internal vibration or surface compaction
- Can easily flow into voids beneath pipes and around obstructions
- May be placed in all weather conditions
