Scribante Concrete are proud to be the preferred supplier of Ready Mix concrete for the new Northern Wastewater Treatment works currently underway in Diepsloot Johannesburg. This will be the 3rd time we have been chosen by Icon Construction, with previous projects taking place in Richards Bay and Mthatha. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership in the years ahead.
This project consists of multiple aspects from Pump stations to roads and entrances. The main contractor for this project is WBHO on the building side and Scribante Construction on the civils and roads. The project is set for completion towards the end of 2023 with more expansion projects planned for the future. Watch this space for more updates.
TFG’s (“The Foschini Group’s”) existing warehouse facility in Equites Park - Lords View, Johannesburg, is to be expanded by 17,450 m² into an adjacent area of vacant land within the site boundary. The facility will remain occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The TFG Expansion project in Equites Park - Lords View is approaching its final stages of development, with the remaining works primarily focused on external hardstands and internal finishes. Just over a third of the external hardstands have been completed and the commencement of the internal surface beds is imminent.
Scribante Construction and Transtruct are currently on site with the Walter Sisulu University in Butterworth. Construction of the new lecture venue for the Faculty of Education at the Walter Sisulu University IBIKA campus, in Butterworth, Eastern Cape. R70 000 000.00. Project Value. This project is due to be completed end of 2023.
